Accidents happen! We do require each of our couples to purchase event insurance prior to celebrating with us at Nichols Heir.

Yes!! We allow beer, wine, liquor and moonshine but we do require you to use one of the preferred bartenders to serve your guests the perfect drinks.

Absolutely! AirBnBs? Yurts? Cabins? Condos? Hotels? Tell us what you need and we will hook you up!
